Peter leads company strategy and execution. He was previously President North American Higher Education and Operations at Blackboard Inc., a leading provider of e-Education enterprise software applications and services, where he had management responsibility and oversight for all aspects of the division's academic business and operations, including sales, marketing, services, product development, customer support, and business development. Prior to that, Segall was the Executive Vice President and a board member at WebCT, Executive Director of Harvard University's Project ADAPT, and a Consulting Partner at Coopers & Lybrand LLP. David St. Pierre, Chief Technology Officer
David leads our engineering and IT operations teams. David brings over 20 years of experience building and delivering enterprise class software and systems for the retail, publishing, advertising, aerospace, manufacturing, and market research sectors. Most recently, he served as the CTO of Greenfield Online, where he delivered an enterprise global panel and survey platform that enabled the company to grow to over 100M in revenue. Mark Connolly, Vice President of Sales
Mark leads our Sales Organization. He brings to the executive team a successful background of over 20 years of sales, sales leadership and business development experience. Most recently he served as a Director of Sales for IBM in the Lotus division. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Sales for early stage companies (Bowstreet, Watchfire, e-Credit), building the sales force and driving sales revenue from the earliest stages to $25m-$50m in revenue. Mark also served as Vice President of Business Development for Computer Associates, and held several sales and leadership positions with Kronos Incorporated. Michael DiPietro, Vice President of Marketing
Mike leads marketing strategy and product strategy. He gained firsthand experience in healthcare HR as head of Kronos Incorporated's Healthcare Systems Division and as a long time VP in marketing responsible for product and market planning. More recently, he was Vice President of Marketing at Perillon Software and co-founder of Viridus, an online community for environmental issues. Troy Hatlevig, Executive Vice President and General Manager
Troy leads our recruitment media business. Before HealthcareSource, Hatlevig worked in the Internet media industry, including a successful and wide-ranging 10-year career at Monster Worldwide. There he served in a variety of Strategy, M&A, and Product roles, from launching Monster's first e-commerce capability to leading Global Employer Product Management. In 2005, Hatlevig created Monster Labs, an innovation center for Monster focused on advanced product development, technology R&D, intellectual property management and corporate venturing.
