Peter Segall

Peter Segall, Chief Executive Officer
Peter leads company strategy and execution. He was previously President North American Higher Education and Operations at Blackboard Inc., a leading provider of e-Education enterprise software applications and services, where he had management responsibility and oversight for all aspects of the division's academic business and operations, including sales, marketing, services, product development, customer support, and business development. Prior to that, Segall was the Executive Vice President and a board member at WebCT, Executive Director of Harvard University's Project ADAPT, and a Consulting Partner at Coopers & Lybrand LLP. He received his B.A. in Physics from Brown University and his Masters of Math and Science Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Bryce Chicoyne

Bryce Chicoyne, Chief Financial Officer
Bryce leads financial strategy and oversees all financial and fiscal management aspects of the company. He was previously from Salary.com, where he served as their Chief Financial Officer from 2008 until its acquisition by Kenexa Corporation in October 2010. Prior to Salary.com, Chicoyne was CFO at Harvard Bioscience. From 2002-2004, Bryce was Director of Financial Reporting at Apogent Technologies, He holds a B.S. in accounting from the University of Southern New Hampshire and an M.B.A. from the F.W. David St. Pierre

David St. Pierre, Chief Technology Officer
David leads our engineering and IT operations teams. David brings over 20 years of experience building and delivering enterprise class software and systems for the retail, publishing, advertising, aerospace, manufacturing, and market research sectors. Most recently, he served as the CTO of Greenfield Online, where he delivered an enterprise global panel and survey platform that enabled the company to grow to over 100M in revenue. Prior to Greenfield, he was the SVP of Engineering and Product Management at Engage, Inc. David holds a BA in Math from Holy Cross College and an MS in Computer Science from Boston University. Mike DiPietro

Michael DiPietro, Chief Marketing Officer 
Mike leads marketing strategy and product strategy. He gained firsthand experience in healthcare HR as head of Kronos Incorporated's Healthcare Systems Division and as a long time VP in marketing responsible for product and market planning. More recently, he was Vice President of Marketing at Perillon Software and co-founder of Viridus, an online community for environmental issues. Gene Gainey

Gene Gainey, Senior Vice President of Sales
Gene leads the business development, sales and solutions consulting aspects of the company. He has held similar roles in the talent management industry with companies like Globoforce, Learn.com/Taleo and Centra Software. A 25+ year veteran of the technology industry, Gene also worked for leading companies like Siebel Systems, Dun & Bradstreet Software and Zenith Data Systems. Steve Mahoney

Steve Mahoney, Vice President of Services
Steve leads our client services team. Over the past 5 years, he and his team have been largely responsible for the nearly 100% customer satisfaction and customer retention at HealthcareSource. His prior experience includes talent management consulting at Working Concepts, services at Authoria, and Human Resources at Lahey Clinic. Will Passano

Will Passano, Senior Vice President for Content Strategy and Alliances, NetLearning, A HealthcareSource Company
Will manages all aspects of our NetLearning solutions and assumes responsibility for two offices in TN and NY. He was the former Vice President, NetLearning, and has 30 years of experience in the healthcare publishing industry, having lead a number of companies and divisions including Lippincott, Williams and Wilkins (a division of Wolters Kluwer), SCP Communications, Jobson Education Group, Ascend Media and SkyScape. Michelle Strasburger

Michelle Strasburger, Sr. Director, Talent Management
Michelle leads the strategic development and implementation of our Talent Management plans and programs. Michelle comes to HealthcareSource with over 10 years of innovative Human Resources Experience in small, midsize and Fortune 500 companies. Michelle has a bachelors in Business Administration, an MBA in Human Resources and is SPHR and GPHR certified. Michelle currently serves on the Board of the Manchester Area Human Resources Association where she is the Social Media Chair. Michelle was also the Co-Founder of Southern New Hampshire Women’s Business Network and spends some time as a guest teacher for the PHR/SPHR prep courses at Southern New Hampshire University. Dr. Fred Morgeson

Dr. Frederick P. Morgeson Ph.D., Scientific Advisor
Dr. Morgeson is a Scientific Advisor for our behavioral assessment solution. He is a Professor of Management and Valade Research Scholar at The Eli Broad Graduate School of Management of Michigan State University. He teaches, conducts researches, and consults across a range of areas in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior, including leadership, work analysis and design, work teams, and personnel selection and staffing. He is also currently the Editor of Personnel Psychology and co-author of the leading job analysis book.
