President and Chief Executive Officer
J.P. leads company strategy and execution. He has over 25 years of senior-level healthcare information technology experience. Previously, J.P. served as President and Chief Executive Officer of API Healthcare, a healthcare-focused workforce management technology company. Prior to API Healthcare, J.P. was Vice President and General Manager of Cerner Corporation where he held several executive-level positions accountable for sales, operations, and research and development. Prior to joining Cerner, J.P. was President and Chief Operating Officer of Dynamic Healthcare Technologies, a publicly held clinical software provider. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine.
Chief Financial Officer
Gabe leads financial strategy and oversees all financial and fiscal management aspects of the company. He brings more than 14 years of experience within the accounting and finance industry with a focus on technology companies. Prior to joining HealthcareSource, Gabe served as Corporate Controller at both Axeda Corporation and Salary.com and Audit Senior Manager within KPMG LLP’s Boston office. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. He has a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Babson College.
Chief Strategy Officer
David works closely with the Chief Executive Officer to articulate and implement a strategic vision for the company. David is also responsible for leading the marketing and strategic alliances teams, with responsibility for marketing strategy, corporate marketing, product marketing, and partner programs. Previously, he cofounded the Oracle Sales Academy, a sales enablement organization serving Oracle’s global sales team. Prior to Oracle, David was Head of Taleo Research, where he was recognized as an industry thought leader in Human Capital Management. David has also served as VP of Product Marketing for Learn.com and as Chief Strategy Officer for Knowledge Impact where he spearheaded OEM relationships with PeopleSoft, Clarify, and Witness Systems. He received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Hampshire.
Chief Sales Officer
Katherine oversees a team of client focused sales professionals across the United States. Before joining HealthcareSource, Katherine was a senior executive responsible for the Client Organization at ATI, the nation’s preeminent eLearning provider for technology based adaptive content solutions for nursing students. She also held leadership roles at the only full-service executive leadership solutions firm committed exclusively to the healthcare industry, created new business lines for a CLIA certified genetic sequencing lab, and launched a telemedicine suite of solutions for the nation’s leading ambulatory health monitoring services company. Additionally, she held various sales and leadership positions at Cerner. Her healthcare career began at St. Luke's Health System, a National Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award recipient. Katherine earned her Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Health Care Administration from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama.
Senior Vice President and General Manager, Recruiting Services
David has more than 20 years of experience working with thought leaders from around the world to help organizations develop a lean, customer-centric staffing process that delivers quality hires and help recruitment teams develop an Analytic Framework required to migrate to a Management by Fact/Data culture. In 1998, he founded Lean Human Capital and The Recruiter Academy, the leading educational program for recruiters, which has trained more than 10,000 healthcare talent management professionals and collected benchmarks against more than 800 healthcare organizations. Prior to founding Lean Human Capital, David was an executive at National TechTeam (now Stefanini) where during his tenure he helped grow revenues from $6MM to $130MM. David holds a degree in Business Administration from University of Michigan-Dearborn.
Vice President, Client Operations
Sarah provides overall leadership across all of the company’s services and support operations, including teams based out of Woburn, MA, Knoxville, TN, Chattanooga, TN, and Grand Rapids, MI. Prior to joining HealthcareSource, she held similar roles running Customer Experience at NantHealth and NaviNet. She has spent a large part of her career at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Rhode Island, where she held leadership positions in marketing, IT, and services. Sarah is also the Founder and President of Lean In Boston, a non-profit focused on the advancement of women. She has a BS, Management from Tulane University and a Masters, Management from Harvard University Extension School.
Vice President, Product Delivery
Patrick leads engineering, product management and development, and platform integration strategy. He has worked in software development and technology management for more than 20 years and has developed a passion for building scalable Agile teams and software solutions with a keen focus on customer experience. Prior to HealthcareSource, Patrick held senior engineering management positions at Epsilon, Seachange, and Dialogic. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Boston College.
Vice President, Talent Management
Kerry leads talent management strategy and oversees recruiting, performance management, and organizational development. She was previously Managing Director of Human Resources Operations at WGBH Educational Foundation, and has also held leadership positions at Harvard University and Clear Channel Entertainment. She holds a B.A. in English from Marist College.
Ph.D., Scientific Advisor
Dr. Morgeson is the Scientific Advisor for our behavioral assessment solution, as well as an Eli Broad Professor of Management at The Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. He teaches, conducts research, and consults across a range of areas in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior, including leadership, work analysis and design, work teams, and personnel selection and staffing. Dr. Morgeson is also the founding and current Editor of the Annual Review of Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior, former Editor of Personnel Psychology, co-author of the leading job analysis book, and the former Chair of the Academy of Management's HR Division.
