To accelerate and ease your implementation, we do much of the data entry required to get you live. For example, we enter your job descriptions to get you up and running quickly. Our professional services team tailors much of the application to your current forms and processes. And we configure integrations to HRIS vendors, background check vendors, job boards, and more. With over 2,500 healthcare organizations using our software, we've integrated with nearly all the common software vendors in healthcare.
You are assigned a Customer Success Manager who gets to know you, your organization, and your configuration. Support is available during normal business hours for standard issues, 24/7 for high priority items. All standard support is included with your annual subscription. No extra fees or hassles.
