Flex Staff are required to work at a minimum of two AHS Rehab sites and have established minimum work requirements as outlined in the AHS policy "Rehab Relief and Flex Pool Policy."

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree, Masters, Doctorate or corresponding certification in physical therapy from an APTA accredited college or university. Licensed in the State of Wisconsin, or eligible. If eligible, must obtain within 3 months of hire or after 2 attempts to pass eligibility tests/requirements. CPR certification required within 90 days of hire. Experience in the field of physical therapy is preferred. Basic computer literacy. Good written/verbal communication skills. Ability to make sound decisions for clinical judgement and develop specialty skills specific to patient population served.
