- Licensure Required - Experience is preferred Job Summary: Responsible for providing, under the direction and supervision of a physical therapist, treatment of physical therapy services with a patient centered focus. Assumes responsibility for patient education. Collaborates with other professionals and members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Coordinates the delivery of patient care in an efficient cost effective manner. Flex Staff are required to work at a minimum of two AHS Rehab sites and have established minimum work requirements as outlined in the AHS policy "Rehab Relief and Flex Pool Policy." Job Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program with an Associate Degree. CPR certification required within 90 days of hire. Experience is preferred. Basic computer literacy and good verbal/written communication skills are required. Licensed in the State of Wisconsin (or eligible). If eligible, must achieve within 3 months of hire or after 2 attempts.
