Minimum of college degree or a level of experience that would provide the skill and knowledge for successful performance.

Minimum of 5 years progressive management experience in an acute care or equivalent clinic setting preferably at a Director level or higher. Experience with computer systems conversions desirable. Requires detailed knowledge of managed care reimbursement, Medicare and Medicaid, billing and collection practices and receivables management.  Certification by Healthcare Financial Management Association is highly desirable.
