3-5 years previous supervisory experience in a medical office, OB/GYN preferred. Responsible for supervision and training of clinical staff, reduction of supply expense, and improved processes in the clinical area. Two to three years of formal training beyond high school in business school, clinical area or college or equivalent combination of education and physician office experience preferred. LPN or RN preferred. Demonstrated progressive responsibility in the clinical area of a physician office or similar health care facility.  Must be able to command a reasonable knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology.  Possess financial management skills in order to focus on cost containment and optimal reimbursements within the clinical area.
