Master of Science in Nursing or Master of Science.  ANCC or ACNP  Board Certification as NP –

Family, Adult or Geriatrics.  Advanced Practice Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of

South Carolina.  Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of South Carolina.  South Carolina

State and Federal Controlled Substance licenses.  CPR certification.  EPEC or ELNEC training and

experience with Palliative care services preferred.  Strong clinical nursing background with three or

more years experience in a clinical setting required.   2-3 years NP clinical practice experience

preferred.  Demonstrated knowledge and skills in clinical management of patients with chronic and

advanced illnesses, pain and symptom management, advanced care planning and psychosocial

counseling.  Two or more years experience in hospice, home health or palliative care setting preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Management and leadership experience preferred.
