Job Scope:  The scope is primarily managerial - this position monitors the job performance of several other flex time staff.  Knowledge in all areas of the facility to include membership sales, housekeeping, front desk, youth services, etc.  At closing, the Evening Staff Leader is responsible for the RAC being left in a satisfactory manner (especially cleanliness).  Effective communication with flex time staff, members, and full time staff is essential.  Serves as a role model for RAC flex-time staff as well as members in regards to safety, enthusiasm, and member services.    

Minimum Qualifications Required: 

Education:  High School required, college courses preferred.

Experience:  Six months managerial or supervisory experience required. 

Licenses/Certifications:  CPR/AED certification required.  If not certified certification must be obtained within 90days of hire (can be obtained at the RAC/BAC).                                

Other:  Must be able to lead the evening staff – strong "people" skills as well as attention to the housekeeping tasks to be performed at night.
