Summary

Responsible for professional nursing care to patients within an assigned nursing unit. Observes, records and reports the symptoms, reactions and progress of patients. Performs any related tasks as assigned by Head Nurse and Physician.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the State of Wisconsin
