QUALIFICATIONS

1. Must have knowledge of current nursing practice, healthcare trends and issues, and system designs. Masters degree preferred and BSN required.
2. Three to five years of management experience with an advanced knowledge of nursing practice, trends and issues.
3. Must have good interpersonal skills, and be open to a wide variety of input from personnel in developing projects.
4. Must possess critical thinking skills to effectively assess a problem and develop an action plan to address it in a timely fashion, and provide for appropriate analysis of the initiative.
5. Knowledgeable and skillful in planning, developing and implementing change.
