GENERAL SUMMARY

This position is responsible for providing developmentally appropriate, outcome-focused diagnostic and therapeutic service to patients and families to improve or maintain social, emotional, functional and/or physical health.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. A MSW and state licensure is required.
2. Independent licensure required.
3. Knowledge of community based interventions; background in group work.

MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Must be able to see, hear, speak and perform manual tasks with or without accommodation and care for oneself, with little or no difficulty. Performance of principal duties and responsibilities may require ability to travel.
