A RN licensed in VT who under the general direction of the Nurse Manager is responsible for the clinical management of the unit. Responsible for clinical management of the patient care process, team building and clinical and customer service role modeling. Demonstrated understanding of unit operations and motivational techniques. Demonstrated ability to work independently in an interdisciplinary environment. Commitment to own career development. Demonstrated ability to function as a member of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal/behavioral skills. Customer service orientation, to include skills in problem solving. Minimum of 3+ years of progressive clinical experience. Some management/supervisory experience preferred.
