Transcriptionist
 
Department: MEDICAL RECORDS
Schedule: Full Time
Shift: Day shift
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, Holiday Rotation
Job Details:
  • - computer skills are required
  • - Customer service skills are required
  • - English communication skills are required
  • - minimum 1-2 years experience
  • Abstracts data from outpatient medical records into Meditech's Abstracting module. Uploads, edits, prints and distributes transcribed medical reports. Transcribes all types of medical reports as time permits.

    Medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, word processing skills and previous medical transcription experience required.
