5 years experience in healthcare chaplaincy, including managerial experience required.  Four Units clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) as certified by the ACP is required.

Job duties:  Responsible for managing the pastoral Care Dept.  Participates in the organizations management structure; supervise and facilitate the work of those delivering pastoral care; communicates and provides liaisons with the religious community.
