Position is responsible for:  the coordination and facilitation of JHBMC outcomes evaluation process through the assessment, analysis, and improvement of clinical outcomes; planning, organizing, implementing, directing, controlling, and evaluating the clinical information systems (includes nursing and other patient care applications) at JHBMC;     the development and implementation of automated support for clinicians through researching and recommending Clinical Information System (CIS) initiatives to advance the healthcare system's strategic objectives.
