- Bachelors in business, healthcare or related field
Maryland RN license preferred but not required. Four to six years previous healthcare related experience preferred. Applicants with commensurate experience may be considered for the position. Job Duties: Manage the clinical, operational and financial activities within ambulatory care programs for Internal Medicine and Renal practices. Works collaboratively with the physician chair/chief, other medical center departments, management, the Clinical Practice Association, faculty and other stakeholders to ensure timely patient assess to care, operational efficiency, practice productivity, fiscal integrity and patient satisfaction. Master's degree preferred. 1-3 years supervisory or management experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
