email from service@healthcaresource.com with instructions on how to reset your username/password.
Please note:
You will have 24 hours to reset your username/password. After 24 hours, you will be
required to return here and make a new request.
If you do not receive the email, it may have been flagged as spam. Please check your spam
folder or contact your Human Resource or Information Technology Department for further assistance.
Passwords and security question answers are case sensitive. For example, test123 is not the same as TEST123. Please make a note of your responses and password as we cannot retrieve them for you.
