- Position Summary: Responsible for maintaining patient’s current diet order through the hospital computer system. Transfers all information into the food service computer system. Take meal orders from the patients and orders from nursing and dietitians concerning patient meals and diet orders. Ensures that the meal tickets adhere to the modified diets and are accurate for the cooks and tray line. Help on the tray line when needed and may be asked to do clerical work for personnel issues and department nourishments.
