HealthcareSource User Groups (HUGs)

At Talent Outcomes^TM 2012, HealthcareSource honored the Ohio HealthcareSource User Group (HUG, Ohio) with the HUG of the Year Award. For being the most engaged HUG, they received an additional HealthcareSource grant to fund their user group activities in 2013. HUG Ohio, has been very active and organized with the planning and execution of their Annual Meeting. They had more than 30 attendees and each of them brought items to donate to the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank.

Interested in connecting with other local HealthcareSource users? Our HUG program will help you make lasting connections all year long, not just once a year at the User Conference. HealthcareSource User Groups (HUGs) are designed to cultivate relationships with other local HealthcareSource users. You can meet throughout the year and use the online community resources to share unique ways you use HealthcareSource software solutions, ask questions of other users and more.

• Build Your Brand – Share your expertise and make a name for yourself in the local healthcare HR community
• Networking – Expand your network of other local HealthcareSource clients – share your knowledge and learn from their experiences
• Agenda Development – Guide the conversation and set the agenda to meet your needs and the needs of other local clients
• Product Input – Suggest product enhancements to your Customer Success Manager as a result of roundtable discussions at meetings

To start a HUG in your area:

• HealthcareSource will determine the best geographic area to include in your HUG and will reach out to other clients in that region on your behalf
• You will be provided with a $1,500 annual grant to get started – this can also help to facilitate your initial kick-off meeting (promotion, F&B, etc)
• HealthcareSource will provide you with an online platform to invite and engage other local clients
• In conjunction with HealthcareSource staff, you will develop the agenda (you know best!) for the first meeting
• HealthcareSource staff will attend your first event to answer questions and provide insight
