HealthcareSource Talent-in-Talent^™ Award

The HealthcareSource Talent-in-Talent^™ Award is an annual award given to two healthcare human resources professionals who demonstrate the highest level of talent, proficiency and competency in healthcare talent management; and who use this talent to teach others and support the advancement of the healthcare HR profession.

To reward this commitment and contribution to the healthcare HR community, HealthcareSource will contribute to the winners’ ongoing professional development.

• Fully paid attendance to ASHHRA Annual Conference, SHRM Annual Conference or NAHCR Image Conference (registration, air travel, hotel, up to $2500)
• A free one year subscription to the “HR Productivity Toolkit” from HR.com
• Free registration and speaking opportunity at the 2010 HealthcareSource User Conference

Selection Criteria

• Demonstrates a commitment to professional development and learning in talent management and human resources
• Applies this knowledge at work, helping to make their organization an employer of choice; Is proactive in bringing change and improvement to their organization’s talent management practices
• Shares their talent and knowledge with peers and healthcare professionals at other organizations through active participation in the HealthcareSource Community^™, other online communities, local chapters of organizations like NAHCR, ASHHRA or SHRM, and more
• Currently employed by a healthcare provider in a human resources or talent management function. Employer must be a HealthcareSource customer.

Selection Process

• Requires nomination by a healthcare HR professional or HealthcareSource employee
• Nominated candidates complete an online application
• Award winners are chosen by the HealthcareSource Customer Advisory Council. Previous year winners will participate in future year selection process
• Winners will be announced in March, 2010

Nomination Process

Candidates can be nominated by anyone in the healthcare HR community − co-workers, colleagues at other healthcare providers, HealthcareSource employees or HealthcareSource partners. Nominations will be accepted through December 31, 2009.

Application Process

Only nominated candidates can apply for the Talent-in-Talent Award. You can be nominated by anyone in the healthcare HR community - co-workers, colleagues at other healthcare providers, HealthcareSource employees or HealthcareSource partners.

Nominated candidates will be contacted by HealthcareSource and invited to complete an online application. Full details of how to submit an application will be provided directly to the nominee. The application deadline is February 15, 2010.
