Conference Fees

The 2013 Standard Conference fee* is $850 per person.

Early Bird Specials
Individuals who register by June 28, 2013 are eligible for the following offers:

• Early Bird Registration
  Register early and save $100. The Early Bird Conference fee is $750 per person.
• Buy Two Conference Passes at $850, Get One Free. The “Buy Two, Get One” special offer only applies to individuals from the same organization or group of organizations.  Payment must be received in full by July 31, 2013 in order to be able to bring a third individual for free. Please confirm with This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. *Conference fees include: Admission to all sessions, breakfast, lunch, beverages and snacks each day and the Client Networking Reception. Fees do not include hotel, airfare and transportation.

Cancellation Policy
All refund requests or substitution requests must be made in writing and sent via email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . 

• Requests for cancellations will be honored, less a $50 per person processing fee, if cancellation is received in writing by Friday, September 13, 2013.
• Absolutely NO refunds will be given for cancellations after September 13, 2013 and organizations are liable for the entire fee.
• No cancellations will be accepted over the phone, and no refunds will be given for "no shows."
• Substitutions may be made within the same organization upon notifying HealthcareSource in writing via email.
