The IS Department at LifeBridge Health is looking to hire a full time Technical Support Specialist go support their community of end users.

This support specialist will be responsible for providing technical support on hardware, software, and network related issues as well as answer the users' questions regarding the use of different applications. This team works in a formal yet a very collaborative environment with a focus on promoting team members from within.

A qualified applicant will have: - a minimum of 2 years of experience working on a help desk and resolving level 2 support issues with minimal supervision. - A+ and Net+ certifications are a requirement for this role.   - Working knowledge in Cerner is a plus.
