Job Details: The Tech Support Services Manager will lead the desktop engineering and technology support functions within LifeBridge Health. In this role the Tech Support Services Manager will be responsible for all aspects of desktop design, active directory integration, software deployment, inventory systems, desktop support, and wireless support. This is a technical manager position, therefore is expected to both manage and to act as a technical resource on the team.

Requirements:  Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field.  Five to ten (5-10) years of supporting information technology and service experience.  Three (3) years Project and Program technical expertise.  Vendor mangement experience.  7+ (7) years experience.  MCSE, MCSA or MCDST or similar certification.  Microsoft Office Suite; Basic computer skills; Cerner; Standard Office Equipment; and Critical thinking skills.
