The TCU RN Flex Pool independently provides patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation from admission through transfer or discharge.  The Registered Nurse works with the interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, high quality patient care and safety.   A Clinical Nurse II provides competent patient care and can be utilized as a resource to other nurses.

EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE:  Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and successfully completed the State Board of Nursing Licensure Exam.  Must possess one (1) year experience of current clinical experience.  Must obtain 20 CEUs per year.  Fifty percent of which must be clinically focused. Academic course credits may be used on a 1:1 credit hour exchange.  Must possess an MD RN license. Must possess critical thinking and prioritization skills.

Current BLS Healthcare Provider CPR required.
