High school diploma or equivalent is required 3-5 years experience is required Experience is required Supervisory experience is required The Practice Manager organizes, develops, implements and directs operations of The Plastics & Reconstructive Surgery Center. The Practice Manager is responsible for assuring the highest levels of clinical and service quality, positive employee relations, increasing market share and assuring financial success. This position is responsible for the management of human, material and fiscal resources and ensuring that customer satisfaction goals are met or exceeded. Accountabilities include operations oversight, participation in and support of new services and business relationships. 75% of role is to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice. 25% of this role is to advance the growth of the practice in both off-site opportunities and other specialties crossover through referrals. EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE: Must possess a high school diploma or GED. Must possess three to five (2) years experience in Healthcare Management. Must be computer literate. Must possess ability in effective communication, problem solving, leadership, conflict management, motivation and Change Management. Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity. Must possess the ability to make independent decisions and to seek out new methods and principles. Must possess the ability to work well in a face-paced, constantly changing environment. Must possess the ability to work on multiple projects with varying levels of priority at one time, while continuing to monitor the day to day operations of the practice. Must possess the ability to motivate, supervise and discipline personnel as required. Must possess a willingness to work cooperatively with others to provide quality medical services to clients and resolve conflicts in the office and be able to work harmoniously with other personnel. Must be willing to use new methods and principles and develop new systems for problem solving and incorporating market changes into existing practices. Must be able to work beyond normal working hours and in other positions temporarily when necessary.
