Position Description

Interview patients, establish patient record with demographic and financial information, identifies insurance codes, obtain consents, obtain authorizations, and advise patients of co-pays.

Job Specifications
[Required]  High School/GED equivalent, Emergency Room Registration, ability to identify insurance codes, customer service, medical terminology, understanding of co-pay collections, type 45wpm, and PC skills.
