QUALIFICATIONS:

·         High school degree or equivalent

·         One year of experience in a clinical setting or certification as a medical assistant

·         Experienced in basic assessment (taking blood pressure, height/weight, health complaint)

·         Good communication skills

·         Competent to provide care to patients utilizing the nursing process

·         Knowledge of the basic principles of human growth and development

·         Competent to successfully interact with patients according to their special needs

·         Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

·         Criminal Background Checks include:
