§ Responsible for revenue and quota attainment in assigned territory.
§ Drive clinical adoption and usage of biologic tissue in territory hospitals and surgery centers
§ Convert competitive business and focus on new account development in a manner that is commensurate with company policy and sales direction
§ Educate surgeons, surgical staff and administration on RTI Surgical Specialties products and technology that is consistent with product indications and sales training methodology
§ Provide inventory control and verification for consigned inventories; coordinate with hospital administration, supply chain management, materials management, and purchasing.
§ Execute territory business in a concise, professional and ethical manner
§ Attend trade shows and medical meetings as required by management
§ Communicate with sales management on an established regular basis
§ Provide up to date and accurate sales forecasts as required by management
§ Regularly utilize Salesforce.com as vehicle to ensure documented account communication and follow-up
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED: (list required and preferred separately)
§ Bachelor’s Degree required
§ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in medical device, biologics sales within an operating room-based environment .
§ Selling experience in general surgery specialty and hernia repair strongly preferred.
§ Proven track record in exceeding quota.
§ Ability to travel a large geography with overnights as necessary
§ Driver’s License required

§ Ability to develop and work with regional KOLs as directed by sales management
§ Ability to work as an integral team member combining the strengths and abilities of a group to successfully accomplish corporate goals
§ Ability to act independently on behalf of the company
§ Basic proficiency in word processing software, spreadsheets and databases.
§ Possess a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
§ Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
