Located at the Haverhill Medical Offices, this indivdual will work in an outpatient setting, providing rehabilitative and restorative therapy, modalities, manual techniques and education to patients of all ages. Developing a plan of care based on clinically appropriate assessments, this individual will diagnose musculoskeletal, nerve, joint and/or bone diseases; workplace injuries; mild neurological symptoms and disorders; pain and pre/post-surgical rehabilitation and ensure each service and technique conforms to regulatory, hospital and department policy, as well as Commonwealth of Massachusetts law and APTA standards of practice. Certification or advanced skills in Physical Therapy and strong outpatient orthopedic skills and a MA PT license required. Additional skills highly preferred in Women's Health, manual therapy and lymphedema. 1-3yrs experience preferred. Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Flexibility to work evening hours.
