Job Details:

Education: Minimum of High School diploma. Prefer an Associates degree in business or finance related field. Licensure: None required. Experience: Experience performing customer service duties in the retail, service or medical industry. Previous experience regarding medical insurance industry. Skills: Computer knowledge preferred. Skills should include professional courteous telephone techniques and organizational skills. Well developed oral and written communication skills. Interpersonal Skills: Relates well with staff, customers, and health care professionals. Tact necessary when dealing with difficult customers. Physical Effort: Light. Hours of Work: GPRS retail store hours. Other: Willing to work in the following environments: Able to respond in a hospital or departmental related emergency. Potential exposure to mechanical, chemical, electrical, and infectious environmental hazards. Able to respond and perform effectively if an unforeseen immediate job-related need arises.
