SUMMARY: The Radiology Technologist is responsible for operating radiologic equipment to make clinical diagnostic images as directed by physicians and performing routine diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
· Associate's degree in Radiography or a certificate of completion from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
· Previous experience in Radiology and CT preferred.
CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATIONS:
· American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certificate (Radiology) required.
· Iowa Permit to Practice.
