Southwestern Mental Health Center is currently seeking applications for a Minnesota - Licensed, or Licensable, Mental Health Professional. This position is located in our Worthington, MN office. This provides and assists in coordinating, planning, implementing, supervising, and facilitating outpatient and residential treatment programming and services. Responsibilities may include individual, family and group counseling, employee assistance counseling, adult and children's day treatment or school based programming, critical incident stress management, administration and interpretation of licensure appropriate standardized psychiatric measures, court-ordered evaluations, and community education services and treatment. All of these areas may involve providing assessment and crisis intervention to acute, chronic or moderately disturbed individuals experiencing mental distress or dysfunction.
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
1. A minimum of a master's degree in a behavior science field from an accredited University/College.
2. Licensed or licensable in the State of Minnesota as a LP, LMFT, LICSW, LPCC, LPC, LAMFT, LGSW OR LISW.
