The Social Services Manager is responsible for managing everyday functions of the Social Services department. Responsibilities include supervising Social Work staff, supervising Interpreting staff, leading organizational diversity initiatives, working collaboratively with a team to address population health initiatives, establishing referral procedures and social work coverage to meet the needs of the organization, and proactively seeking to identify and address barriers to receiving care at Sioux Center Health.
The Social Services department is a 24/7 department. The team, including the manager, rotate weekend call and on-call services to ensure appropriate patient care and services are available.
