Because of retirement, we are looking for our next Director of the clinic nurses and support staff at North Central Heart. This is a professional who plans, organizes, and directs the daily operations of the clinical staff and serves as an advocate for them. The Nursing role is combined with that of the Quality Improvement Coordinator. As QIC, this position develops and manages various clinical initiatives that are reflective of NCH/AHH mission, vision, and strategic plans. The QIC provides expertise in project and change management and quality improvement by leading or supporting the processes of planning, executing, and monitoring changes to both clinical and operational systems within the practice.
Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program is required.
Licensure/Certification: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required. BLS and ACLS required.
Experience: 2 years experience in the cardiovascular nursing field required. Previous management experience preferred. Previous data reporting and QI collection preferred.
