JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the expeditious and accurate performance and reporting of clinical laboratory tests, record keeping, preventative maintenance of laboratory equipment, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment and procedures.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum of an Associate's degree in Medical Lab Technician required.
CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATIONS:
· National Credentialing Agency (NCA) or American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or Health Education and Welfare (HEW) certification preferred.
