JOB SUMMARY: Performs diverse secretarial duties as they relate to the pain clinic department. The pain clinic secretary is responsible for the computer transactions required for scheduling and maintaining and disseminating an accurate schedule, acquisition, retention, and organization of documentation, and will provide clerical services for the department as indicated. The secretary performs reception duties for all medical personnel and visitors.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
· Required to possess a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
· One year of medical secretary school preferred.
· 3 or more years of secretarial experience in a similar work environment preferred.
