Job Details: RN Required

Primary, CCU: Utilizing the nursing process, the RN effectively manages & provides counseling; individualized care prescriptions, does individualized & group education & delivers quality of care that is consistent with acceptable standards of nursing practice.  Communicates effectively with physicians to ensure patient care.  Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited school of Nursing.  Specialty areas prefer experience in that specialty area. BSN preferred or currently enrolled in a BSN completion program within one year of hire.

ICU/CCU experience required. Licensed as an RN in MN.  Must be CPR, ACLS, PALS and TNCC certified.  Certifications per policy according to area worked.

Secondary, Med/Surg. Unit

Utilizing the nursing process, the RN effectively manages & provides counseling; individualized care prescriptions, does individualized & group education & delivers quality of care that is consistent with acceptable standards of nursing practice.  Communicates effectively with physicians to ensure patient care.  Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited school of Nursing.  Specialty areas prefer experience in that specialty area. BSN preferred or currently enrolled in a BSN completion program within one year of hire.  Med/Surg experience required. Licensed as a registered nurse in MN. CPR Certification required biannually.  PALS certification required or able to obtain within 3 months of hire. EKG course within 3 months of hire unless current with ACLS (ACLS is not a requirement).  Certifications per policy according to area worked. 
Position includes 12 hour shifts, every third weekend night rotation.
