Summary: Responsible for greeting AESS, as well as for the Hospitality Center, clients, visitors, and guests in person and on the telephone. Provide excellent external and internal customer support. Provide correspondence and administrative support for management. Maintain data bases kept by AESS, as appropriate. Provide support to the Temp Staff department by receiving customer orders and contacting staff, as needed. Additionally, provide support for the ASHH/AHA Training Center by managing instructor and course materials, preparing and sending CPR cards, handling equipment check out, and regularly inspecting equipment for cleanliness (including cleaning manikins when necessary). Ensure adequate supply of general office forms and materials. Responsible for ensuring handouts, books, tests and other forms (certificates, evaluations, etc.) are available for CNA/Med Aide and regional programs as needed. Provide maintenance and updates of the agency website.
Education: A high school diploma, or GED, required; some college preferred.
Prefer individual with experience in a business office setting. Individual must be proficient with Microsoft products and navigate effectively in a Windows environment. Telephone and customer service experience required. Individual must have strong oral and written communication skills. Requires ability to read and interpret documents, correspondence, contracts, and manuals. Individual must be organized, and have the ability to pay exceptional attention to detail.
