SUMMARY: Provides front-desk customer service assistance to customers and co-workers, including but not limited to: answering phone calls, coordinating room scheduling and registration, supervising volunteers, providing technology support, maintaining files/records, and completing general clerical duties.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
· High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
· Two years of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
· Medical background preferred.
