- High School Diploma or GED Certificate. Strongly prefer healthcare experience, physician office experience or hospital experience. Previous experience with health insurance verification. Applicants must possess data entry skills in PC Window-based environment. Must have the ability to use basic office equipment: multi-line phones, minor cashiering, excellent customer service skills. Must be able to pass an inhouse test at time of interview. Prefer one year of clerical experience. Must be able to work every other weekend.
