Registered Nurse (RN)
The BRMC RN Residency provides a comprehensive onboarding experience to transition newly graduated registered nurses from students to safe, competent professional practitioners. The BRMC RN Residency includes evidence-based curriculum, guided clinical experience with a preceptor and a supportive component composed of formal mentoring and debriefing/self-care sessions.
This program was designed for RN graduates and RNs with 6 months or less experience. RNs with less than one year of acute care experience are eligible. Specific criteria must be met.

Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse.
