This position will provide clierical and data entry support to the BEHP Clinical team. The Data Control Clerk is responsible for data entry of the physician completed Know Your Numbers (KNY) forms for employees seeking the medical premium credit associated with the myOptimal Health (MOH) Program. This position will also support BEHP with purchasing and procurement of departmental supplies and print materials, mailing of materials to BEHP members identified by the Health Management Nurses, monitor the BEHP KYN email, interact with members to confirm receipt of their documents/credits, problem solve any issues related to the receipt of, data entry of biometrics, premium credit issues with payroll, and interfacing electronically with WebMD.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Exceptional computer/data entry skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
Knowledge of Oracle computer system preferred
Excellent Customer Service skills
Some college courses
