Lahey Health Senior Care has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, energetic, self-motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team.
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for all HR functions within specified service areas and will provide valuable advice and counsel to supervisors and managers. This position will supervise two human resource employees.
Responsibilities will include: Talent Acquisition, On-boarding/Orientation, Performance Management & Improvement, Compensation Management, Employee Benefits, & Wellness, and Employee Relations. In addition, administration of leave of absences, FMLA, and unemployment claims.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 8 years of HR Generalist experience in senior health recruitment with a record of accomplishments. Educational requirements are a BA or BS or equivalent. Candidates must demonstrate excellent knowledge of HR and Employment Regulations, as well as critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
