- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics. Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration; Licensed by the state of Arkansas within 6 months of employment; Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory position preferred. Ser Safe Certified required within 6 months of employment. Provides leadership and manages all personnel and activities in the diet order communication, tray assembly, and delivery of approximately 2100 patients trays daily and individual/bulk nourishment to 31 units at BHMC-LR including transport to BHRI. Ensures the implementation of continuous improvement objectives to achieve high quality outcomes and patient satisfaction. Coordinates three computer systems and the diet office staff, the trayline staff and the tray passing staff.
