The Director of Business Development will direct, establish, maintain, and plan the overall policies and goals for a business development department. Identify potential business partners and negotiates agreements. Work with product development, marketing and/or sales group to align with the company's growth strategy. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in healthcare, technology or marketing. Oversees the marketing strategies and corporate communications for lead generation, sales, pricing and matters related to revenue generation. Manages sales lifecycle to include prospecting, negotiating, and executing. Works with internal teams to pursue key market segments.
*Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
*At least 7 years of experience.
*Experience in sales, negotiations, and/or strategy development.
*Creativity, flexibility and management is required.
*Performs a variety of tasks.
*Tenacity, energetic, displays passion for closing deals and providing solutions.
