Use knowledge of processes and computer software and programming skills to design, build, distribute, maintain and train on reports displaying key process indicators and other outcomes to promote efficient, quality processes. For departments and processes assigned, identify and facilitate process improvements in quality, productivity and throughput through observation of the process, relationship building with operations management and monitoring of outcomes using process improvement skills and methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma, project management, and Change Management. Support System process improvement teams through knowledge of departmental/functional processes and data analysis. Support internal department initiatives with enthusiastic participation.
*Industrial Engineering degree required.
*At least 2 or more years of experience.
*High level of information management skills.
*Intermediate or greater computer skills particularly in MS Excel and MS Access.
*Strong presentation and communication skills.
*Strong interpersonal skills.
