The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Executive Director by performing administrative duties and minor executive duties. The Administrative Assistant will organize meetings, compile data, perform multiple tasks, and assist/direct guests who enter the front office. The Administrative Assistant will work with the public, physicians, and all other employees at a high level of excellences.
*High School diploma or equivalent of high school diploma, or 3 years of experience.
*Associate Degree plus one year of experience preferred.
*Must have computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and word processing (WordPerfect), spreadsheets, copiers, fax machines, and dictation equipment is required.
*Experience with computers and creating websites preferred.
