Responsible for setting up, transporting, serving, returning, and cleaning all patient food trays. Food preparation includes making snacks, salads, and other cold items as needed. Properly stores utensils/supplies for patient/cafeteria areas. Cleans areas of kitchen as assigned. Puts away stock items and properly rotates, labels and dates items as required. Pours coffee, tea, juice and other beverages, assists salad person and/or cafeteria person with food preparation and area set up as needed. High school or GED preferred. Experience preferred but not required. Licensure/Certification: None.
