3-5 Years of Experience
Responsible for managing all aspects of the Health Center Gift Shop, including inventory, budgeting, cash management, invoice processing and volunteer staff. Ensures exceptional customer service to patients and their families, visitors, Health Center employees, etc. who visit the Gift Shop. Work with HR to support employee engagement initiatives. Provide support to and utilization of St Francis Volunteers. Reports to the Director, Human Resources.
* Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
* Demonstrated knowledge of the retail/service industry, specifically the functions of inventory control, marketing and sales through a minimum of three years experience. Specific experience in buying and merchandising retail/service markets and training/leading others.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to communicate to all customers and to establish effective working relationships with St Francis employees, volunteer staff and vendors. Must be highly organized, self-motivated, able to identify and manage priorities.
